PoliticsHome/CityAM Voice of the City poll: 6-8 April 2011

PoliticsHome/CityAM today have released their 'Voice of the City' poll, conducted by email among 513 specially recruited city workers, 6 to 8 April.

The findings show the City views taxation, regulation and inflation as the primary threats to the UK economic recovery, while banking reform is seen as a major threat by more than 1 in 3.

The main proposal of the interim Vickers report, the ring-fencing of critical retail operations, is approved of by the majority.

Chancellor George Osborne is seen as doing a good job by two thirds of respondents.
