PMQs was a scrappy affair, with little in the way of proper gags.
Such a shame then that no Tory or Lib Dem tried to quote Lord Glasman. The 'Blue Labour' peer made waves last week for suggesting Ed Miliband has 'no strategy and little energy' and for attacking New Labour's pro-City policy as 'crap'.
It may sound like esprit d'escalier, but I'm told that Ed M had a couple of nice one-liners should the Glasman topic crop up.
One was: "He makes the case for an elected upper chamber"
The other was:"He's been demoted, he doesn't do my tweets any more".
Joking aside, it's clear that Glasman won't be going round to EdM's office in the near future. He's persona non guru, you might say....
