Who gives a monkeys?

Who gives a monkeys?

Reforming the House of Lords is a sticky issue. Lots of people have lots of strong feelings about it. So it's reassuring to know that, if and when the Upper Chamber is reformed, they won't be known as monkeys.

On today's Daily Politics, the leader of the opposition in the Lords said that she "didn't give a monkeys" about what members of the reformed House would be called before rapidly clarifying that she didn't actually want to call them monkeys.

Andrew Neil certainly seemed happy about the clarification, and Dot is sure peers will be as well.
