We the public tax payer that want the MPs prosecuted for fraud and theft have decided to tell you this about the near total hid state secret case laws and about the legal system and the Parliamentary Privilege defence trick that is nothing but a bluff and illegal perverting justice trick defence claim for M.Ps to escape trial by Jury and so escape justice, often for things that amount to treason like case laws against King John, King Charles 1st and king James 2nd and his mates, even highest constitutional case laws set forever. United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights Laws 1948 against public officers’ tyranny, made after Magna Carta and Bill of Rights 1688, says nobody be above the law, and all are equal before the law and public services and Courts. So how do you the Police Prosecutors beat the Parliamentary Privilege claim by M.Ps to escape normal criminal charges of fraud and theft? The answer is below: After Magna Carta 1215, 1640’s & 1688 Civil Wars results; after commoners gathered and surround trial of King John 1215 for crimes and abuses against the Commoners and Lords and saw Magna Carta Confirmation forever, and after King Charles 1st 1649’s trial for repeating what King John done 1215 abuse and treason against us the commoners, and after King James 2nd 1688 ran from trial to hide in France 1688 and lost the Crown and his mates like Lord Chief Justice George Jeffrey’s also was tried and hanged for the same treasons by King John, Charles 1st again done by him and King James 2nd again in 1688 too, even after all those case laws, there was no such Parliamentary Privilege in law’s to claim as defence against Member of Parliaments commons and Lords’ normal crime prosecution, but only Privilege that they must not be arrested in Parliament during sitting time or in Parliament building during their hold of public office for no longer than 5 years’ time, but they can be arrested but outside the building at any time for normal crimes even when they are M.Ps of Lords or commons. So after those case laws, the 5 Members of Parliament, Commons M.Ps and a Lord, that are being prosecuted, as announced on TV Friday 5 February 2010, can not claim Parliamentary Privilege to escape the criminal prosecutions for their fraud and theft of our tax payers money, in expenses claims, that are normal fraud and theft crimes anyway, like when someone defraud money from social security, so the said defrauding and theft of public taxes M.Ps’ are trial by Jury; Always triable by Magna Carta 1215’s 12 Commoners Jurors too, because they are Commons’ commoners therein for no more that only up to 5 years and so are not House of Lords that are also triable by common jury, because the issue now is not between House of Lords’ Lord and other Lords their peers but are normal criminal offences against the civilians/ commoners’ taxes and so must be tried by normal Jury our public common peers. After Magna Carta 1215, 1640’s and 1688 Revolutions results, all Commoners M.P’s must only be charged to stand trial by us their commoner peers, or by safety Law Lords, and not triad by other House of Commons Members. If it was case between 2 or more hereditary House of Lords’ Lords, then on election to do so, only the Hereditary Lords Peers could only be charged to be tried by us the commoners or by other hereditary House of Lords’ Lords their Lord’s Peers.
