Cable: Spending cuts must not 'be forced through too soon'

Vince Cable has told the Liberal Democrats spring conference there will have to be spending cuts, but that they must not "be forced through too soon".

Since he will never be in power it is easy for him to make comments. They are already cosying up to the Labour Party - which is odd since Clegg is more a conservative.
