Addressing financial bigwigs in Davos this morning, the PM said he had been "struck by the business reaction" to his In/Out referendum pledge.
"If you look what the 55 very major business leaders who’ve written to the Times this morning say, they say this is a sensible approach," Dave told the WEF.
But Dot wonders why the PM seems so surprised at the business leaders' reaction - a third of them are known Tory donors.
18 of the 55 have given over £10.5m to Dave's party in recent years, including £383,350 from Lord Wolfson, £508,409 from Lord Harris, £420,996 from John Beckwith, £307,000 from Mick Davis, £303,000 from venture capitalist Jon Moulton, and £86,249 from JCB chairman Sir Anthony Bamford.
