What is my Dashboard?

The Dashboard is available to PoliticsHome PRO subscribers. It is a rolling feed of the newest links on the site that we believe are 'Key Developments'. You can also switch between 'Main News' that we control, and 'My News' which is a rolling feed of news relating to your Filters.

What are Filters?

You can create Filters based on your interests, for example if you are interested in Health you may want to track anything under the NHS category and any news regarding Andrew Lansley. Links based on these Filters will then appear on you Dashboard 'My News' tab and in your emails.

How do I set my Filters?

To set your filters go to Account Settings: Filters and choose from the drop down boxes or search using the search field. Your Filters will then appear below under the 'Edit my Filters' heading, you can also delete your filters from here

I am not receiving my daily emails?

Your emails are controlled from your Account Settings: Emails page. If you are not receiving your emails make sure the 'Recieve Email' box is checked. If you are still experiencing problems contact subscriptions@dods.co.uk

What browsers work best with PoliticsHome/Why doesn't my screen look right?

Internet explorer 8, Firefox 3 or higher and Chrome 4 work best. If you are experiencing any design issues with your browser please submit your feedback HERE. You may need to install the latest version of your browser.

How does the two week free trial work?

Complete the trial form HERE with your details (don’t worry, we don’t use your data for an external use) confirming a username and password. Please complete the form and sign up. You will be sent an email with an activation link – please select this and it will activate your account. If you don’t receive your email, please check your junk mailbox.

When I try and login it says: “Your username and password were not recognized”

If you are on a trial, this may mean your free period has expired or you have inputted incorrect user details.
