Former Russian oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky has been found guilty of embezzlement at his second trial in Moscow. He is already serving an eight-year sentence for fraud and tax evasion. Former Foreign Minister Sir Malcolm Rifkind said he believed he was a "political prisoner" and raised further questions over the rule of law in Russia.
