Danny Alexander a 'fool' on cuts

Danny Alexander has been branded "foolish" for appearing to commit the Liberal Democrats to the Coalition Government's austerity plans, his colleague Stephen Williams has said.

Mr Williams' comments come after the Chief Secretary to the Treasury was criticised for saying the Lib Dems would fight the next election promising to carry out austerity cuts.
