City backs Laws return

The City of London backs David Laws for a return to Cabinet.  In a PoliticsHome/City AM survey, 39% of City experts backed Mr Laws to make a comeback following the row over his expenses claims.

Proportional representation would suggest not yes! Hardly a ringing endorsement for their own man in the govenment! If they were a union then the government would not wish to recognise this yes vote! I think he might just shine a spotlight on their behaviour if he got back into the government. Harsh when politicians embroiled in monitary scandal become embarrasing for bankers to associate themselves with?

The majority either say no or don't know so not sure the headline is correct. What does it matter what the city thinks anyway?

Just a note for PH, this graphic is unreadable. Good disability access must consider that about 12% of men are partially colour blind.

KnowNews; Not true, that's not how proportional representation works. Well, actually, in this case with these ammount of choices there is no different types of representation, just the results. In this case I think all you can draw from the results is that people are distinctly indifferent and sitting on the fence. Would be helpful to know the sample size.
