IPSA to freeze MPs' pay
The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority has ruled that Members of Parliament will have their pay frozen for 2012/13.
This will be the second year running that MPs will have their salaries fixed at £65,783.
Sir Ian Kennedy, chair of IPSA, said that members "must be mindful of the conditions in the rest of the public sector where pay has remained static".
