Lagarde tells Greece: Don't expect sympathy
The International Monetary Fund has no plans to ease the terms of Greece's austerity package, Christine Lagarde has insisted, as she warned the eurozone country not to expect any sympathy over the crisis.

In an interview with the Guardian, the head of the IMF said Greeks have to take responsibility and stop "trying to escape tax", and claimed she has more sympathy for those facing poverty and deprivation in sub-Saharan Africa than in Athens.
