Talks between the UN nuclear watchdog and Iran have failed, damaging hopes that progress could be made on UN investigations of suspected nuclear bomb research by Iran.
The International Atomic Energy Agency has said it was "disappointing" that no progress had been made, despite earlier assurances from senior Iranian officials that an agreement would soon be reached.
The IAEA wants access to the Parchin military complex, where it believes nuclear arms research has taken place.
