This article is flawed as usual, they are accepting new members from today. Mr Griffin can by changes to it's constitution be allowed to change something's automatically, which he has done, so they can now open the membership list. And rightly so. We should however look to what this actually means, not only to the BNP but to other parties as well. If they have something the quango Equalities Commission dislikes they too will find themselves in court, what then? This has changed British political policy and for me this unelected quango, has changed and started a precedent, which may have effects for those who come after. When unelected quangos can set policy within a political party its a dangerous thing, especially when those who run the quangos are suspect and have questionable things hanging over their reputation and are being investigated, this is really a dangerous aspect. No, this is wrong, the Equalities Commission is wrong, is unelected, un-British, and it's self a danger to this country. Nick Griffin speaks for many and his list is growing and with rulings like this one can see why. May be we are now seeing those who would destroy this country or those who are prepared to make a stand for it.
