Clegg 'not a kingmaker'
Nick Clegg, the leader of the Liberal Democrats, addressed the Liberal Democrats spring conference today against the backdrop of speculation as to what the party would do in the event of a hung parliament. Mr Clegg has said he will not be a kingmaker in the upcoming election.
