Battle for 'marginal mums' intensifies

The Sunday Times reports on the Labour party's plans to target mothers in marginal constituencies by sending postcards outlining their childcare policies. Similarly, the Independent says that Work and Pensions Secretary Yvette Cooper will this week unveil plans to extend flexible working hours as part of plans to target the "mainstream mum" vote.
