PCC boss warns against  statutory regulation
The Government must not allow Lord Leveson's report to result in the statutory regulation of the press, the head of the Press Complaints Commission has warned.

Lord Hunt said in a speech to the Society of Editors in Belfast on Sunday night that most newspaper editors acted lawfully and that the whole system should not be penalised just because of the News of the World hacking scandal.
