BBC begins Newsnight disciplinary procedures
The BBC is to start disciplinary measures against employees involved in the decision to run a Newsnight report on care homes in north Wales which wrongly accused a Tory peer of child abuse.

Acting director general Tim Davie has vowed to "get a grip of the situation" while Labour Deputy leader Harriet Harman last night said former BBC boss George Entwistle should consider giving up half of the £450,000 severance payment.
