Govt could delay welfare reform
The Government is reportedly ready to delay its key welfare reforms amid worries more testing is required. The Financial Times reports that the second phase of transition to the Universal Credit, due April 2014, may have to be delayed, with internal government concerns over the IT requirement and the cost.
