Apprenticeships 'not just for young' - AELP
Restricting the government's definition of apprenticeships to young people would “miss a massive trick”, the Chief Executive of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers has warned. In an interview with Central Lobby, Graham Hoyle said it would be a mistake for a Business, Innovation and Skills review – carried out by entrepreneur Doug Richards – to only consider apprenticeships for 16 to 18 year olds, claiming the design “should be openly developed for anybody in the workplace”.
