Privatised court translation 'caused chaos'
Outsourcing the provision of court interpretation services to a private company caused "total chaos" and led to an "appalling service", MPs have said.

The Public Accounts Committee criticised the Justice Minister's decision, with the committee's chair Margaret Hodge claiming that "almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong".
