Fox blasts Govt gay marriage plans
Liam Fox has spoken out against the Government's plans to introduce gay marriage.
The former Defence Secretary said in a letter to his constituents seen by the Daily Telegraph that the move was "divisive, ill thought through and constitutionally wrong".
He also said that European courts would "drive a coach and horses through the legislation", allowing the laws against gay marriage in the Church of England to be overridden.
He added that he would be voting against the legislation in the House of Commons.
