Corrupt payments arrests made
Two serving police officers and a journalist have been arrested over corrupt payments to officials.

The arrests were made this morning as part of the Metropolitan Police's ongoing Operation Elveden, and the BBC says officers are currently searching the offices of The Sun newspaper.

Scotland Yard said the arrests were made at separate home addresses in Hertfordshire and Surrey early on Thursday morning.
