Cameron whips Cabinet on EU
David Cameron has told Cabinet ministers they will have to resign if they want to campaign against Britain staying in the European Union, the Independent reports.

Mr Cameron last night told CNN he wants his legacy to be securing Britain's place in a "reformed" European Union. In an interview with the US news channel Mr Cameron said the EU currently sometimes went too far with social, environmental and employment legislation.
