Clarke attacks May over foreigners in UK prisons

Justice secretary Ken Clarke has attacked the home secretary Theresa May over the failure to deport foreign criminals, according to the Sunday Times. The justice department believes the Home Office is trying to hide its poor record on returning ex-convicts to their home countries by putting them in prison.
