While Conservatives remain largely out of running in the industrial cities of the North like Newcastle and Liverpool, it is a different case in England’s second city. Birmingham and the West Midlands metropolitan boroughs contain key marginals and our survey continues to show a strong swing towards the Conservative party.On this swing they would hold over half the seats in the West Metropolitan county
