Growing and recruiting talent is a focus right across the sector with more women needed as part of this talent pool. A number of societies have already made a member of their senior executive team responsible for gender diversity, often alongside other forms of employee diversity such as disability, race, creed and sexual orientation. We and our members look forward to studying the Gadhia report in detail.
