Local authority by-elections held Thursday 26th June 2014:

London Borough of Barnet Borough Council – Colindale: Labour hold

Deferred election held due to death of candidate before May elections.

BASKIN - John Jeffrey - UK Independence Party (UKIP) 347 votes
BOKAEI Golnar - Conservative Party - 420 votes
CORNEY Victor Peter Edward - Liberal Democrat - 90 votes
CURATI Maggie - Green Party - 130 votes
ESTERMANN Daniel - Liberal Democrat - 133 votes
KHAN Khalid - UK Independence Party - 268 votes
MARASCO Francesco - Green Party - 108 votes
NARENTHIRA Nagus - Labour Party - 2,190 votes **elected**
NEWBY Andrew John - Green Party - 114 votes
NICHOLSON William John - Conservative Party - 466 votes
RYAN Barry - UK Independence Party - 309 votes
SARGEANT Gill - Labour Party – 2,088 votes **elected**
