Working together with Lloyds Banking Group

Good Things Foundation

2 min read

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve entered into a strategic partnership with Lloyds Banking Group that will have a significant impact on supporting people to improve their digital skills.

This partnership builds on many years of collaboration between Good Things Foundation and Lloyds Banking Group - which has seen us train Lloyds Banking Group staff as Digital Champions, as well as LBG supporting the Get Online Week campaign - more on this soon!

As part of the next stage of the partnership, we’ve set up a new network of organisations within the Online Centres Network who will train 30,000 people - both Lloyds Banking Group customers, and others needing supporting to improve their digital and financial literacy skills. These 100 centres are located across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and they will be working with their local Lloyds, Halifax or Bank of Scotland branches with the aim of building up successful partnerships.

Helen Milner, Chief Executive of Good Things Foundation said: "We're delighted to be working with Lloyds Banking Group to support 100 of our Online Centres to help learners to improve their digital skills in order to better manage their money online. Working with Lloyds Banking Group means we can extend our impact and reach even more people, and we hope that relationships built between Online Centres and Lloyds Banking Group branches will support people for many years to come."
