Ethnic Minorities into Leadership Leeds

Ethnic Minorities into Leadership Leeds

Venue & Event Details

The Ethnic Minorities into Leadership event in Leeds is part of the annual conference series organised by Dods Diversity & Inclusion, in partnership with trade union FDA. It has been delivered in person at a wide range of regional locations across the UK for the past 11 years, establishing itself as the key event for everyone interested in enhancing the capabilities and leadership opportunities for colleagues from Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic backgrounds across the civil service and wider public sector.

Each event welcomes inspirational speakers from within and outside the civil service to examine how Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic individuals, at any grade, can continue to overcome barriers, build networks and become the leaders they aspire to be.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to gain hands-on advice, practical steps and coaching on how to adapt to new environments, expand networks, utilise opportunities effectively and further your career in times of change.

Attend this conference and you will come away with valuable strategies on how to manage the challenges of modern leadership and help ensure the civil service doesn't lose momentum in recruiting, retaining and rewarding Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic leaders.

The agenda and speaker line-up will be announced soon, but you can secure your place today! Simply visit the registration page on the event website.

If you’re unable to join us on this occasion, we will also be hosting the event in London on 20 October.

This event is CPD-Certified and will contribute to your professional development.
