The annual celebration of inspirational and influential women in Westminster

Women in Westminster: The 100 is a celebration recognising the outstanding achievements of women and the vital role they play in shaping public life. Each year, we highlight one hundred individuals who are making a significant and lasting impact across the Westminster landscape.

Our Board of Patrons carefully review a wide range of nominations to select the final list. The 100 includes parliamentarians, journalists, civil servants, campaigners, think tankers, public affairs professionals, and many others influencing UK politics and public service.

These women have not only excelled in their roles – they have led the way. The 100 celebrates those who are driving change, shaping the future, and inspiring those around them.

Our Patrons

Our Board of Patrons brings together individuals with cross-party political experience from both Houses of Parliament, alongside professionals with expertise in Whitehall, political journalism, and public affairs.

We are delighted to be supporting Women in Westminster: The 100 once again. This is an opportunity to recognise women who are at the top of their game and who are making sure strong female voices are being heard in the corridors of power. They are also role models for the next generation of female leaders and by showcasing their achievements, we can help those young women fulfil their potential too.
