Ethnic Minorities into Leadership Birmingham
Venue & Event Details
Ethnic Minorities into Leadership returns to Birmingham! The event is part of the annual conference series organised by Dods Diversity & Inclusion, in partnership with trade union FDA, and delivered in person at regional locations across the UK.
The conference series has been running for 12 years, establishing itself as the key event for everyone interested in enhancing the capabilities, and leadership opportunities, of colleagues from Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic backgrounds in the civil service and wider public sector.
Each event welcomes inspirational speakers from within and outside the civil service to examine how Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic individuals, at any grade, can continue to overcome barriers, build networks and become the leaders they aspire to be.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to gain hands-on advice, practical steps and coaching on how to adapt to new environments, expand networks, utilise opportunities effectively and further your career in times of change.
Attend this conference and you will come away with valuable strategies on how to manage the challenges of modern leadership and help ensure the civil service doesn't lose momentum in recruiting, retaining and rewarding leaders from Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic backgrounds.
This event is CPD-Certified and will contribute to your professional development.
The agenda and speaker line-up will be announced soon, but you can secure your place today! Simply visit the registration page on the event website. We look forward to welcoming you to the event in March!
