Go North East socially devoted to customers
Go-Ahead Group’s bus company Go North East today has been heralded as the fourth best UK company at being ‘socially devoted’ in the UK.
The chart, compiled by SocialBakers.com, rates Gateshead based Go North East just below household names of Tesco, Argos and Virgin Media.
Social devotion is a measure of:
• Creating open lines of communication with customers
• Responding in a timely fashion
• Responding to customer questions at least 65% of the time
With almost 70 thousand combined Facebook and Twitter followers the company uses social media to provide real-time bus information and answer comments and questions.
