Legatum Institute Appoints Sian Hansen As New COO
London - based public policy think tank the Legatum Institute (LI) has appointed a new Chief Operating Officer to help lead it into the next phase of its growth.
Sian Hansen joins LI after seven years as the Managing Director of the UK think tank Policy Exchange; an educational charity promoting research and discourse on public policy. Sian is also a Non-Executive Director of Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited, and of the JP Morgan Income and Capital Trust plc. She is a Commissioner of The Women's Refugee Commission (USA) and a trustee of The Prospero World Charitable Trust UK. Sian was formerly Head of Sales for Asian Equities at Société Générale. Prior to this she was an equity analyst and broker with Enskilda Securities in Europe.
