Foreign and Commonwealth Office
Nick Whittingham has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Guatemala and Her Majesty’s Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Honduras.
Anne Macro has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Kingdom of Lesotho.
Department for Education
Dominic Herrington confirmed as National Schools Commissioner, having been in the role on an interim basis.
Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy
Financial Reporting Council - Richard Lawrence appointed to the Audit and Assurance Council.
Intellectual Property Office - David Holdsworth appointed as Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Operations.
Helen Whatley appointed as Deputy Chair.

Shropshire Council – Kate Halliday elected for Belle Vue – Labour hold. (Harry Taylor resigned).
