Oxford City Council – Carfax: Labour hold.

Ahmed, Maryam – Conservative – 24 (6.31%)
Bird, Kenrick Simon George – UKIP – 24 (6.31%)
Brett, Tony – Liberal Democrats – 101 (26.57%)
Hollingsworth, Alex – Labour – 168 (44.21%) **elected**
Scrase, Richard John – Green Party – 63 (16.6%)

Votes: 380*
Turnout: 8.6%
Majority: 67

By-election held following the resignation of Labour councillor Anne-Marie Canning.

Shepway Borough Council – Folkestone Harvey Central: UKIP gain.

Callahan, David – UKIP – 287 (27.9%) **elected**
Cruse, Seth – TUSC – 29 (2.8%)
Horton, David – Green Party – 96 (9.32%)
McNeice, Tom – Liberal Democrats – 198 (19.22%)

By-election held following the resignation of Conservative councillor David Johnson.

Surrey Heath Borough Council – Old Dean: Labour hold.

Gerred, Heather Lorraine – Labour – 290 (44.15%) **elected**
Hill, Eddie – UKIP – 171 (26.02%)
Nelson, Max – Conservative – 196 (29.83%)

Votes: 657*
Turnout: 20.24%
Majority: 94

By-election held following the death of Labour councillor Margaret Moher.
