IPSE (the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed) have announced a new partnership with Zipcar for Business to help keep its members connected and on the move.

Zipcar is the world’s leading car club, with over 3,000 cars and vans across London, Bristol, Oxford and Cambridge. Through the new partnership, IPSE members get £30 driving credit with Zipcar for Business, as well as exclusive business benefits including:

  • A year's free business membership with no commitments (worth £99)
  • On-demand access 24/7 to Zipcar’s cars and vans
  • Up to 29% discount on driving rates
  • Add unlimited drivers to your account
  • Fuel, insurance and Congestion Charge covered by Zipcar
  • Dedicated business support team

Suneeta Johal, Head of Commercial Development at IPSE (the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed), said: “For many self-employed people, getting around – from meeting to meeting, client to client – can be a major challenge, especially if it’s in a new city or area. We are delighted to have brought Zipcar onboard as an IPSE partner because this new deal will help give our members the flexibility and mobility they need to keep building their businesses.”

James Taylor, General Manager of Zipcar UK said “We're really excited to be joining forces with IPSE on this new partnership. Their principles of supporting small businesses aligns perfectly with our core values.

Many sole traders already use Zipcar for Business, mainly because vehicle ownership tends not to be cost-effective for smaller businesses. We're particularly excited to be working with IPSE to engage directly with independent contractors and the self-employed, and introduce them to the range of benefits that Zipcar for Business has to offer.”
