RCEM Emergency Department Winter Flow Project Report - 15 February 2021

The report shows that there were 55,718 attendances (up from 55,634 the previous week), average Four Hour Standard Performance was 73.66% (up from 71.64% the previous week) and the number of 12 hour waits was 2,553 (down from 2,609 the previous week).

Our weekly Winter Flow Report provides updates on four hour standard performance at A&E, delayed transfers of care, acute bed capacity, cancelled elective operations and the number of 12 hour waits within emergency departments.

Data is collected from over 35 sites and together these data better reflect the pressures, constraints and consequences for system performance.
