Cambridgeshire – Bar Hill: Conservative hold.

Harford, Lynda – Conservative – 787 (46%) **elected**
Roland, Claudia– Green Party – 200 (11.69%)
Smith, Alex – Labour – 235 (13.73%)
Whelan, Fiona Elizabeth – Liberal Democrat – 238 (13.91%)

Votes: 1711*
Turnout: 23.64%
Majority: 536

By-election held following the death of Conservative Councillor John Reynolds.

Harlow – Mark Hall: Labour gain from UK Independence Party.

Gough, Mark Robert Edward – UK Independence Party – 353 (25.67%)
Purton, Danny – Labour – 586 (42.62%) **elected**
Rideout, Lesley Anne - Liberal Democrat – 47 (3.42%)
Sackwild, Murray Michael-Andrew - Green Party – 55 (4%)
Steer, Jane Lesley - Conservative – 334 (24.29%)

Votes: 1375*
Turnout: 26.45%
Majority: 233

By-election held following the resignation of UK Independence Party Councillor Jerry Crawford.

Shropshire – Oswestry East: Conservative hold.

Kerr, Duncan- Green Party – 231 (17.43%)
Norris, Claire Rebecca – Labour – 247  (18.64%)
Price, John – Conservative – 629  (47.47%) **elected**
Woof, Amanda - Liberal Democrat – 218 (16.45%)

Votes: 1325*
Turnout: 19.46%
Majority: 382

By-election held following the resignation of Conservative Councillor Martin Bennett.
