Transport operator Go-Ahead has today launched its own new online ticket sales system, On Track, making it even easier for passengers to buy rail tickets.

Go-Ahead has partnered with leading software house Assertis to form On Track Retail creating more personalised, simple and responsive tools to help customers find the best value ticket option available and improve their retail experience.

David Maitland, Managing Director of On Track Retail, says:

“We’re bringing the purchase of rail tickets through web and mobile up to the standard of other retail sectors through a customer-friendly, intuitive interface.

Beginning first with the Southern and Thameslink routes On Track will then be rolled out to all Go-Ahead’s rail and bus operations and integrated within its award winning mobile app and ‘the key’ smart card.
