By-election held following the death of Independent councillor John Palmer.

Ross, Hamish Charles Henry – Conservative – 363 (34%) – **ELECTED **
Divine, Daniel Richard – UKIP – 201 (19%)
Warner, Charles – Liberal Democrats – 191 (18%)
Woollard, Geoffrey Ladbrooke – Independent – 148 (14%)
Hobbs, Gerard Maurice – Independent – 80 (8%)
Ross, Fiona Elizabeth – Labour – 71 (7%)

Votes: 1, 054*
Turnout: 20.5%
Majority: 162

Stratford-on-Avon District Council – Southam: Conservative gain from Independent

By-election held following the resignation of Independent councillor David Wise.

Bromwich, Tony – Conservative – 493 (43%) – **ELECTED**
Thomas, Bransby – Labour – 398 (35%)
Bleloch, Emily – UKIP – 259 (22%)

Votes: 1,150*
Turnout: 22.5%
Majority: 95
